Device Description:

a.Product holding platform:The product holding platform is provided with six stations, each of which uses Luer joints as the end of the chuck to connect products, and can dip-coat 6 products at the same time.

b.Mobile module:The main module's movement form is up and down movement. The product mounting platform of the main module can simultaneously hold six products for up and down reciprocating motion.

c.Motion controller:the system control center of the equipment, and also the platform for operators to input instructions to the equipment.

d.Solution dip coating chamber:The solution dip coating chamber is the storage room for the dip coating solution. This equipment is equipped with a six-station solution funnel, which can coat six products at the same time.

e.Casters:easy to move and adjust the equipment.
