The balloon stretching machine is an automated integrated device for producing medical balloon primitive bubble tubes, and is a necessary device for the anterior procedure of medical molded balloons. The equipment mainly uses the drawing and heat radiation methods to obtain the balloon tube of the size required by the operator.

Device Description:
a.Temperature controller: adopts Omron intelligent PID temperature controller to achieve precise temperature control of the heating mold, the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.5 ℃;
b.Left clamp assembly: It can realize the center clamping, precise positioning and constant-speed drawing of the balloon tube.
c.Digital display ammeter: real-time display and monitoring of the mold heating current, integrated current lower limit alarm function, which can prompt the alarm prompt when the heating rod breaks down to ensure the mold heating stability.
d.Emergency switch: A switch used to stop the current equipment immediately in an emergency.
e.Control buttons: Buttons that control the movement of the device, such as: start, stop, reset, lock and release of left and right clamps, etc.
f. Interface: reserved data backup interface.
g.Right clamp assembly: It can realize the center clamping, precise positioning and constant speed drawing operation of the balloon tube.
h.HMI: the operator interacts with the device for information.
i.Heating mold assembly: It uses the heating mold heat radiation to uniformly heat the balloon tube. It is the core module of the balloon tube stretching machine. This module is equipped with a three-position heat flow channel. And equipped with thermal insulation outer armor and end-assisted balloon tube centering splint.
