Coiling Machine is mainly used for coils with different wire diameters, outer diameters and spring index. The coil length can be adjusted. Coiling Machine use closed-loop control system to realize tight winding, gap winding, variable diameter winding, double-wire winding or multi-wire winding and so on. During the operation of the equipment, the winding speed and tension are continuous monitoring to ensure the stable quality of coils.
The coiling machine is suitable for different materials of the coil ribbon, such as stainless steel wire, nitinol wire, platinum alloy wire, gold wire, etc. It is suitable for ribbon diameter d≥0.01mm, and the outer of coil diameter OD≥0.15mm.

Device Description:
a.The 19-inch microsgraph is used to observe the processing of the coil in real time; the 15-inch interactive interface is used for equipment motion parameter setting , parameter adjustment, writing and reading.
b.The shape and size of the whole machine can be customized according to actual needs.
c.Support wheel, supports the mandrel during the winding process, and equipped with support wheels of different materials and specifications (such as: 99 porcelain, PTFE, etc.), users can replace it according to their needs. Special forms can be customized as needed.
d.Ruby outlet nozzle, with high precision, high finish, and wear resistance, without damaging mandrel.
e.One-dimensional precision adjustment platform, used for fine-tuning the distance between the core wire and the supporting wheel after replacing the supporting wheel.
f.The angle sensor adopts OMRON precision angle sensor to monitor the ribbon angle during the winding process in real time, and automatically correct the feed rate of the main mold according to the angle change.
g.The winding state is the starting state of the winding coil, and the supporting wheel is retracted, and the ribbon is pulled at a certain angle to adhere to the core adding seat, and the main shaft rotates slowly. As the winding wire is gradually wound onto the core wire, the pulling angle is gradually reduced. After the pulling angle is reduced to the set value, the moving support wheel is returned, and the spindle and the main module start to rotate at a high speed according to the designed value.
h.Enter the steady state: Enter the stable high-speed coil spring processing state. In this state, the control system monitors the drawing angle in real time and automatically corrects the moving speed of the main module.
