Shanghai Chongzhan fully automated Hydrophilic Coating Machine is an integrated dip coating and curing machine. IPC precisely controls the product dipping and pulling time and speed. The product has been coated evenly, which maximize the usage effectiveness of the solution and save the coating cost. Fully automated equipment increase the production efficiency, save space and labor costs.

Device Description：

a.Cooling fan: extraction volume: 31 m³/min, used for cooling of 8UVA lamps and work chamber;

b.Product fixture: The fixture spacing is 80mm, is the safe space to prevent the end of the product from being entangled and collided due to heat or the product’s own curvature during the rotary curing process;

c.HMI:15-inch human computer interface with resolution of 1024 * 768, industrial-grade VGA touch display, used for production staff to operate the equipment, for technician to adjust parameters, as well as for the craftsman;

d.Fixture up-down movement button: It facilitate the manual operation of the the fixture tooling during the parameter adjustment process;

e.UV energy detection interface: used to monitor the UVA lamp energy, this interface can be customized according to the customer's detection instrument;

f.Work  warehouse: the main operation warehouse for hydrophilic coating process;

g.Hydrophilic coating solution chamber: Built-in 24 (12 stations, two components: 12 liquid A, 12 liquid B), medical grade PE solution tube, and supporting motion control assembly;

h.Exposure door: to control exposure time by opening and closing exposure door；

i.Lamp group: The lamp curtain is distributed in 5rows × 2columns, which can completely and effectively cover the 960mm coating range;

j.Mirror side UV Reflector: UV light energy reflection efficiency ≥90%；

k.Inlet/ filtration: Large area air inlet window is used on the site, stable air flow, and small effect to the product hanging in the working warehouse, and the removable middle/high-efficiency filter is provided to ensure the cleanliness of the inlet air;
